Eric
Denniston is an entrepreneur, and business planning consultant and facilitator with the company, where he leads the firm's administrative,
business planning and financial management efforts. Eric was born and
educated in Mexico City, with Spanish as his first language. He has
native fluency in English and Spanish and is highly proficient in
French. Eric has lived in the U.S. and Mexico, studied in France and
conducted business in most countries in the Americas. He holds a BS in
Business Administration from the University of the Americas in Mexico
City, and a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird
School of Global Management in Arizona. Eric is certified by the
Haines Centre for Strategic Management as a master consultant in the
Systems Thinking Approach® to strategic management.
Since 1973
Eric has been engaged in international business in the finance,
computer, real estate development and export industries, with
responsibility for corporate financial planning, strategic planning and
project management. His career began with six years in the Mexican
banking industry, followed by three years as Regional Credit Manager –
Latin America, for Rockwell Graphics Systems, Inc., before opening his
own consulting practice in 1983. Eric has worked with businesses and
non-profit organizations on matters of general business and strategic
planning, financial management, and international business development.
He has prepared business plans, market studies and feasibility studies
and overseen legal document translations for various firms engaged in
textile manufacturing, multiple listing services, resort development,
healthcare, logistics, newspaper publishing and financial services.
An
active community leader, Eric has served on various boards, including
the Association for Strategic Planning – San Diego Chapter, San Diego
World Trade Center, Foundation for the Children of the Californias, San
Diego-Tijuana Sister Cities Society, Aldeas Infantiles/SOS Kinderdorf
International – Tijuana. In addition, he is an active member and
supporter of the Thunderbird Alumni Association, San Diego County
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the South County Economic Development
Corporation, San Diego Dialogue, and the San Diego Regional Chamber of
Commerce.

Jeri
Denniston is an entrepreneur , facilitator, and strategic marketing executive with the company, where she directs the company’s local and
Hispanic marketing efforts. Fluent in Spanish, Jeri holds a Bachelors
in Spanish from Chapman University and a Masters in International
Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.
She has also been certified by the Haines Centre for Strategic
Management as a Master Consultant in the Systems Thinking Approach® to
strategic management.
With more than 30 years of marketing
experience, Jeri has collaborated on cross-border marketing plans,
feasibility studies, and divestiture prospectuses for a variety of real
estate and manufacturing businesses in Mexico. Her work in the
marketing information industry included public relations, events
marketing and sales conference planning for one of the largest target
marketing information companies in the U.S., Equifax National Decision
Systems. She has also developed new products, conducted market
analyses, and directed creative services and events marketing functions
for the holding company of an 11-state banking firm. While with The San Diego Union-Tribune
in San Diego, she led the paper’s involvement with key Latino
organizations and leaders. Jeri also directed the paper’s market
development efforts, researching trends and identifying niche marketing
opportunities among underserved communities.
An
active community leader, Jeri is a founding member of the San Diego
County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; past Chair of ArtsBusXpress; past
president of the San Diego-Tijuana Sister Cities Society; and a member
of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the South County
Economic Development Council. Other community organizations she has
supported include the Thunderbird Alumni Association, San Marcos
Chamber of Commerce, American Marketing Association, Asian Business
Association, the Epilepsy Foundation, United Way of San Diego, San
Diego Humane Society, International Community Foundation, Foundation
for the Children of the Californias, and Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Gleason has over 18 years of Fortune 200, 500, and family-owned
business background in organizational development and Human Resources
leadership. Her specialty areas include leadership development,
strategic planning, and career development for executives. She has
industry experience in broadband communications, newspaper publishing,
hospitality, finance, sales, manufacturing, high technology, frozen
food processing, call centers, bio-med and public service programs. In
addition, Timi has certifications in Systems Thinking, Creative Problem
Solving, and Community Mediation. Her coaching and assessment company,
Executive Goals, based in San Diego, CA, is a division of Haines Centre-San Diego.
Timi is qualified to administer The Birkman and
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments and is experienced

is internationally involved in Village Banking and microcredit
financing for women and children in extreme poverty and is a Founding
